CTE Month Teacher Spotlight - Rocco Ruggiero

In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Rocco Ruggiero has been teaching for 3 years. He currently teaches Video Production & TV Broadcasting at Springville High School.

The best thing about his job is helping kids get into the film industry.

In his spare time, he enjoys Grilling and Gaming.

Derek Sorenson has been teaching for 23 years and currently teaches CCA at Diamond Fork Jr High School.

The best thing about his job is that he loves to interact with students.

In his spare time, he enjoys Wood Turning.

The best thing about Terrys’ job is interacting with the students and watching them learn new things..
