In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Terry Oyler has been teaching for 21 years. He currently teaches CCA at Diamond Fork Jr High School.

The best thing about Terrys’ job is interacting with the students and watching them learn new things..

In his spare time, he enjoys Fly fishing and sleeping.

When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, Terry said Palermo, Sicilia.

His favorite food is Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup but when asked if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be cheese.  Terry enjoys sampling a wide variety of assorted cheese.

He said if he had a warning label it would say “Warning: Angry when Hungry Approach with Tacos.”

When asked what animal he would be he said an owl...I like to fly.

Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what another superhero he would be and Terry said he would want to be Axel Rose, “I want to be a rock star.”

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
