In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Mark Roberts has been teaching for 13 Years. He currently teaches Woodshop & Drafting at Maple Mountain High School.

The best thing about his job is students. Mark was a contractor for 16 years before teaching and has had many offers to go back out but he comes back for the students.

In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, hunting, and spending time with his 5 grandkids.

His favorite food is Mexican but if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be Burritos.

If Mark had a warning label it would say “Warning: Respect is earned.”

When asked what animal he would be he said an Eagle so he could soar and be in the mountains.

Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what another superhero he would be, he said Superman.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
