In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.
Koriane Maughan has been teaching for 13 years and she currently teaches CCA at Valley View Middle.
The best thing about her job is interacting with students and coworkers.
In her spare time, she enjoys boating, hiking, golfing, dancing - basically all things that require a warmer climate.
When asked if she could live anywhere in the world they wanted, she chose the Caribbean.
Her favorite food is Chicago pizza but when asked if she had to only eat one food for the rest of her life she said it would be Cereal.
When asked what animal she would be, Koriane said she would be a Monkey - playful and fun.
Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what another superhero she would be, she said Professor McGonagall .
