In Nebo school district, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Ashleigh Redman has been teaching for 18 years. She currently teaches at Payson High School and teaches Teaching As a Profession 1&2.

Ashleigh said the best thing about her job is, “Working with the best students and teachers in the district, I mean state, I mean world!!!  I love the energy that teenagers have.  They have so much excitement for the future.  I love being a part of their journey.”

In her spare time, she enjoys Reading!!!! She said, “Specifically I love to read anything YA, parenting books, self-help books, and Biographies. My other hobby is plating toddler food.  It's an odd hobby, but very satisfying!”

When asked if she could live anywhere in the world she wanted, she chose Scotland and she could not live without Dry Shampoo.

Her favorite food is Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Bears & Diet Coke but if she had to only eat one food for the rest of her life it would be Popcorn & Diet Coke (they must go together).

If she had a warning label it would say, “BEWARE Never stops talking!!!!!”

When asked what animal she would be she said, “A Bear, so I could eat and sleep all winter.”

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
