In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Melisa Brotherson has been teaching for 14 years. She currently teaches at Payson High School and teaches Digital Photograph.

The best thing about her job is working with students.

In her spare time, her favorite thing to be doing is Chilling with her family.

When asked if she could live anywhere in the world she wanted, she chose Mt. Airy, North Carolina.

Melisa doesn’t have a favorite food, she likes everything but when asked if they had to only eat one food for the rest of her life it would be Avocado toast.

When asked if she had a warning label, what would it say, she said “Easily irritated.”

When asked what animal she would be and why she said “My daughter's dog because she loves that thing.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
