Chris Thomas, Nebo School District CTE Internship Program Manager, says:
“One of the things I love about Nebo School District’s CTE Internship Program is seeing just how different our students’ career interests can be—and knowing they have the opportunity to explore those interests while they’re still in high school.
Pictured here are:
• Nash Bryan — Interning with Anderson CRG, learning about commercial real estate.
• Brooklynn Virgin — Working with the choir teacher at Ronald Reagan Academy.
• Caden Alderman — Creating graphics for social media posts at Deso Gear.
• Dylan Maile Walker — Learning about the routines and exercises used at Peak Physical Therapy.
• Zakiah Cole — Figuring out dimensions and learning how to build a railing at H & H Fabrication.
Each of these internships allows students to learn from someone working in the field and discover whether a career is something they can truly see themselves succeeding in.
That’s what career exploration is all about!”

We are grateful to the businesses, educators, and professionals who take the time to mentor our students and help them explore what their future could look like!
