Maple Mountain High School was extremely proud of Breanna Harding, as she competed in the Extemporaneous Public Speaking LDE contest at the 92nd FFA National Convention. Breanna was the first National FFA competitor from Maple Mountain in the chapter's history! Her hard work and dedication were amazing in preparing for this competition, and she represented the state of Utah in the highest regards!  The Maple Mountain FFA chapter was able to tour agricultural sites and industries while attending the 92nd FFA National Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. These tours ranged from Churchill Downs, home of the famous Kentucky Derby, to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, to a fully operational corn and soybean farm. Students were also able to get an inside look at a company by the name of Ingredion and were able to see how cornstarch is manufactured. The kids had a great time, and learned a lot within the agriculture industry! Their experiences are ones they will never forget and will be able to share with others for years to come!
