In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Angela Nederhand has been teaching for 6 years and is currently teaches at Salem Hills High School. She teaches TV Broadcasting, Digital Media, Video Production, Digital Business Apps, Digital Graphic Arts.

The best thing about her job is that she loves working with the students, planning the curriculum, and hanging out with her teacher friends! She said, “The best part of the year is coming up! Competition season and all of the film festivals. I'm looking forward to celebrating a difficult year with my students..”

In her spare time, Angela loves to create content for social media, doing yoga, taking her daughter on walks to the park, photography, and video making.

When asked if she could live anywhere in the world she wanted, Angela chose France. When asked what she could not live without she said it would have to be her phone – couldn’t live without her phone.

Her favorite food is Crepes but when asked if she had to only eat one food for the rest of her life Angela said it would be Tacos

When asked if she had a warning label what would it say, she stated “WARNING: Volatile emotions are likely. In the event of a meltdown, encourage deep breathing and meditation..”

When asked what animal she would be and why she said I would be a bird so that I could fly and have a different perspective.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
