Tabitha's Way Gear Up for School Event will take place on July 31, 2021, from 9 - 11 am. The event will take place at the Indoor Tennis Courts at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds at 475 S Main St.
The purpose of this event is to help kids "gear up" for school by providing free new backpacks filled with school supplies for children in need. There will also be other free resources available as well as a free lunch to those 18 years of age and younger, provided by the Utah Food Bank.

By filling out this form, you will receive an email with a digital voucher that you can print or email to the student(s) in need. Completing this form will also help us estimate how many children we will be expecting to show up at this year's event to receive a backpack. *Supplies are limited, we have 900 backpacks! Backpacks are on a first come first serve basis.
