Utah Senator Mike McKell Presents to FBLA Club
In Mrs. Ford’s Business Office Specialist class, students have the unique opportunity to become Microsoft Office Specialists by taking the industry-recognized MOS exams. Students who earn these certifications will possess marketable skills that will get them hired faster, and give them high-growth, advancement, and salary opportunities right out of high school!
Mr. Rawling's asked his Manufacturing Tech students "What can we do with all the extra fruit and vegetables that students are not eating (but throwing away)?" This sparked the idea of Organic Recycling. Students hypothesized turning discarded lunchroom foods into some type of by-product.
MMHS FBLA officers Gavin Murray and Keslee Van Orman had a great experience at their Fall Leadership Conference today. They learned marketing strategies, networking skills, and how to succeed in competitions. It was a fun day!
Mrs. Ford and Mrs. Whittekiend’s Digital Business Apps students are having fun learning how to start and run a new business using a variety of different technology, software, and apps. Recently, they created a branding guide for their business that includes their logo, business card, product packaging, colors, and typography.
