Spanish Fork High School's Family and Consumer Science classes joined forces to put on an amazing evening with a Recycle and Re-Design Fashion Show. Apparel Design and Fashion Strategies students created their own runway fashions made from recycled materials as we traveled the world to fashion's most prominent cities. Students modeled their attire on the runway and scored big points with judges. ProStart students also contributed by providing an impressive array of delicious treats for the event.
Nebo School District team, win the Tech Challenge at SheTech. High School Girls from all over Utah were at the Expo Center in Salt Lake to compete in the Tech Challenge. Teams were given a real natural disaster situation and had to come up with a way overcome the challenges of that natural disaster. The team from Nebo School district created a design for a solar powered light that would allow survivors to found sooner as well as provide a basic need to people in the disaster.
