In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.
Shane Ferrin has been teaching for 14 yrs. He currently teaches at Spanish Fork High School and teaches TV, Video, CSP, Programming, Digital Media, Photography, Yearbook & Digital Graphic Arts.
The best thing about his job is The kids.
In his spare time, he enjoys Motorcycles.
When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, he said “Wherever my grandkids are.” If there was one thing that he could not live without it would be Diet Pepsi.
His favorite food is Steak but if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be Pez Candy or Swiss Cheese.
When asked what animal he would be and why, he said, “A Sloth. I'm certain I'd be a very good sloth.”
Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what other superhero or character he would be, he said Winnie the Pooh.
