In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Riley Hallam has been teaching for 12 Years. He currently teaches at Spanish Fork High School and teaches Welding.

The best thing about his job is “We get the opportunity to turn nothing into something! We build and create projects in our class.”

In his spare time, he enjoys fixing things and learn new tricks of every Trade.

When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, he said he’d like to live in Idaho to farm.

If there was anything he could not live without it would be Deodorant.

His favorite food is smoked meat and if he had to only eat one thing for the rest of his life it would be Protein.

If he had a warning label it would say “Warning: Stay out of my bubble!”

When asked what animal he would be he said, “A hippo... Not by choice but because that's my spirit animal. Think about it, the more I eat and get fat the more attractive I become”

Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what other superhero he would be, he said Batman.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
