In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Blake Nielsen has been teaching for 16 Years. He currently teaches at Spanish Fork High School and Advanced Learning Center and teaches Woodworking/Drafting.

The best thing about his job is helping kids build projects that they are proud of and watching them grow in the process.

In his spare time, he enjoys anything outdoors: Ridding ATVs, Snowmobiles, Horses, & Hiking.

When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, he said Alaska and he could not live without Coffee.

His favorite food is Steak and if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be Mexican food.

If Blake had a warning label it would say “Caution Sarcastic Hazard.”

When asked what animal he would be he said, “A Bear. They are at the top of the food chain, powerful, and omnivore.”

Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what other superhero he would be, he said Ironman.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
