In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Terry Hunter has been teaching for 38 years. He currently teaches at Payson Jr High School and teaches Technology & Engineering.

The best thing about his job is helping mentor students.

In his spare time, he enjoys snowmobiling.

When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, he chose Utah.

His favorite food is potatoes and gravy but if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be Ice cream.

If Terry had a warning label it would say “Warning: Beware of online teaching!”

When asked what animal he would be he said, “A Bald Eagle so I would always have a slight advantage.”

Since all teachers are superheroes when asked what other superhero he would be he would be The Rifleman.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
