In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Tyler Lewis has been teaching for 10 years. He currently teaches Photography and Yearbook at Maple Mountain High School.

The best thing about his job is the students.

In his spare time, he enjoys Jeeping.

When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, he said Vancouver Island.

If there was anything he could not live without he said he’d have to have his iPhone and AirPods because he listens to audiobooks all the time.

His favorite food is Tri-tip steak but when asked if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life he said it would be Sour Patch Kids.

He said if he had a warning label it would say “Warning: Will fall asleep suddenly if not moving.”

When asked what animal he would be he said he would be a cougar so he could explore the mountains during all seasons of the year.

Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what another superhero he would be, he said Kaladin Stormlight.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
