In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Nick Herold has been teaching for 1.5 Years years. He currently teaches at MJHS and teaches Business Office Specialist, Digital Literacy, Computer Science.

He says the best thing about his job is “I love seeing the students' coding projects in Scratch, Python, or Javascript. They're super creative!.”

In his spare time, he enjoys camping and hiking with my family.

When asked if he could live anywhere in the world he wanted, he’d stay in Utah, but specifically, a cabin in Provo canyon.

If there was anything he could not live without it would be his car so he could be able to get to work on time.

His favorite food is Buffalo Wild Wings and if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life any Buffalo Wild Wings sauce with their chicken wings is good for him.

If Nick had a warning label it would say “Warning: May be cranky until he drinks his morning cup of coffee.”

When asked what animal he would be he said “I'd be a sloth because I love sleeping!”

Since all teachers are superheroes when asked what other superhero he would be and Nick would be Batman.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
