In Nebo School District, we have amazing CTE teachers! We are so grateful for all that they do for our students, parents, and for our district. February is CTE Month and to celebrate our teachers we would like to spotlight them and share a few fun facts we have learned about each of them.

Lucas has been teaching for 4 months. He currently teaches Automotive Repair at Advanced Learning Center.

The best thing about his job is when a student understands a concept and is excited to share it with others.

In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors going fishing, off-roading, boating, jet-skiing, and target shooting.

If he could live anywhere in the world he wanted he said in the mountains.

If there was anything he could not live without, Lucas said “I would have to have socks, my feet are very soft.”

His favorite food is a Juicy hamburger and if he had to only eat one food for the rest of his life it would be Tacos.

If Lucas had a warning label it would say “Warning: comes with extra car parts and has a contagious laugh.”

When asked what animal he would be he said, “I would want to be a parrot because I could be free and fly anywhere I would like to, live off fruit, still talk and tell people how I feel about them without getting in trouble.”

Since all teachers are superheroes, when asked what other superhero he would be, he said Deadpool.

Thank you for all that you do for CTE and Nebo School District.
